APPLICATION
Shake the bottle well before use! Mix the OKO Liquid Hybrid Tint H2O dye with Cream Oxidant 3% from the H2O series in a plastic or glass container. Depending on the desired saturation or brightness, the mixing ratios can vary between 1:1 and 1:3. Apply the color to the eyebrows using the selected dyeing technique. When using layered dyeing techniques, it is recommended to apply the first layer as thinly as possible and repeat the application 2-3 times. Allow the color to dry on the eyebrows and rinse it out.
